In cases of defective merchandise, you must contact me by phone or written statement of the item and what is defective.
To receive a refund on the merchandise that is defective it must be returned to me within 10 business days of the date you
recieved the merchandise, and it must be in its original packaging.
ITEMS WITH GUARANTEES OR WARRANTIES:
If a purchased item includes a product guarantee or warranty, follow the instructions on the guarantee or
warranty for repair or replacement.
ITEMS DAMAGED DURING SHIPMENT:
You must contact me within 15 days so what I may process a merchandise claim for you.
